The mental stuff is a result of either spirits implanting thoughts in our heads that we believe are ours or they can speak in audible voices and even telepathically.
The telepathic bit is difficult to explain but people going through it know what it is.
Sudden & multiple rises and falls in body temperature within minutes by 2-5 degrees in my observation.
